I left a coat for dry cleaning. When I brought it home I noticed it didn't smell fresh and some parts of it were still greasy. I took it back and was asked to collect it in a couple of days. When I collected it the coat looked exactly the same as I left it, had greasy parts and still didn't smell fresh. I pointed this out to the shop assistant, he made some excuses and I left the shop. Straight after I took the coat to another dry cleaner and he did confirm that indeed the item doesn't seem to be cleaned, because on top of removing grease it should have scented of dry clean chemicals, but it didn't. Waste of my time and money.
